The Oswego Cup 2024 is a STAY and PLAY event. Traveling teams MUST make all hotel Reservations through this website and not directly with the hotels. This is a requirement for Tournament Participation.

Submit your Hotel Rooming List, that we send out, for your team.

FINALIZE YOUR STAY

Sign Hotel Contract and keep Rooming List updated.

“All Hotel Blocks will be released 30 days prior to the start of the Tournament.”
Hotel Block requests submitted 30 days or less prior to the start of the Tournament are based on availability at the hotel.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT HOTELS DIRECTLY.

Please follow these simple steps to request your team’s hotel accommodations. A team manager or coach must be the sole contact for your team’s room request.

Teams must request for ALL rooms needed for players & parents through this site
Two night minimum required with Saturday Night Stay-Over
Submit your hotel request by clicking on the Request Hotel Button

After submitting your request, you will be contacted by Sport Specific Travel informing you of the availability of your rooms.

You will then submit your team roster template by email (we will email you this form when your hotel choice has been confirmed) which must be returned to Sport Specific Travel for stay and play verification.

You will then receive and sign a financial agreement with the hotel guaranteeing your teams rooms. Once this is done, a hotel reservation link will be provided.

All Changes and Cancellations should then be made directly with the hotel. Additionally, you must send an updated Team Roster Template to Sports Specific Travel.

If entire team is cancelled inside 30 days, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total room blocks estimated revenue of room and tax will be collected by the hotel at the time of cancellation and charged to the team credit card.
  • Individual Cancellations: (defined as releasing the room from block and not a name change) 29 days-7 days prior to arrival, team must maintain 80% of team room block held at 30 days.  20% of team room block held at 30 day will be permitted for individual cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival. No shows or cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night room and tax revenue. Individual cancellations must be made directly with SPORT SPECIFIC TRAVEL.
  • Name Changes: (defined as maintaining the existing reservation in block and only change of name). 
    This  may be done directly with the hotel.  (This would not be a cancellation of a room or adding an additional room)
  • Additional room requests: MUST ONLY BE DONE THROUGH SPORT SPECIFIC TRAVEL
    Hotel will have additional financial contract signed directly with each team and additional terms may apply.
  • Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
