Sport Specific Travel was founded in 2008 with a mission to provide a first class travel experience to sports teams traveling to tournaments. Founder and owner Steve Fennah has over 20 years of experience of traveling with teams. Fennah coached for 11 years in the PAC-10 conference as the head women’s soccer coach at Oregon State University and has also been head age group coach for the Region IV Olympic Development program and numerous club and high school teams. “Over the years I have realized that the little things make a difference when traveling with a team” Fennah commented, “traveling and making travel arrangements for a team is very different from booking your own individual travel plans”
Taking care of these details is Sport Specific Travels goal. Partnering with travel professionals with extensive experience of coordinating team travel for events such as the 84 Los Angeles Olympic, the Super Bowl and the World Series as well as international travel for national teams allows Sport Specific Travel to provide this first class experience.
